- Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day
- During busy periods (sales, seasonal launches, Christmas), processing times may be slightly longer
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and destination. While we always aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery passes to the courier.

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photographs where applicable.
