Refunds & Returns Policy
At T&S Trending, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please read the information below.
Returns (Change of Mind)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving a reason.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
- Items should be returned in original packaging where possible
- You must notify us of your intention to return within 14 days of delivery
- Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us
To request a return, please contact us via our website with your order number.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

Refunds are issued within 5 working days of receiving the returned item
(please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider)
Original outbound delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Return Postage
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the issue
In these cases, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including return postage where applicable.
